We adapted and made face masks!
The impact of COVID-19
We suspended mailing the gowns March 21, 2020 and started to make facial masks due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19.)
Wishers and Dreamers partnered with the Women's Business Connection to form The Mask Making Task Force.
We we VERY HAPPY to announce when we resumed mailing our Hospital Doll Gowns to children all over the world on May 15, 2020!
Community Spotlight Article - June 2020 Ranch RV & Self-Storage excerpt:
"As the Covid 19 pandemic spread throughout our community, this creative duo partnered with the Women's Business Connection Temecula to form The Mask Making Task Force. The networking organization, founded by local realtor Neeru Sehgal, consists of several local businesswomen who were eager to help. Professional seamstress, Sheila Reyes, led the charge by organizing all the kits for the sewers. To date the group has made over 15,000 masks which were all donated to first responders, hospitals, senior living facilities, cancer patients and more. "

Dear Ms. Babek:
Thank you for providing safety and protection. Your gift of handmade masks and ear protector bands offers a precious level of defense for those working in so many areas of our campus. Every time someone dons a mask for personal protection or ear protectors for comfort, your compassion becomes a reality.
You saw a need and reached out to provide a tangible, significant contribution. We have seen the beauty of humanity shine through you and we are grateful.
Thank you for being part of the solution to navigating this ever-changing reality.
